I have not checked for Picasa hidden files. using Picasa on Windows 10 and, if so, has it conflicted with any of your other editing programs? Also, have you checked for Picasa hidden files in your Pictures folders? Picasa and Photoshop CS3 work flawlessly with Windows 10.
